Questions, answered
What kinds of documents and industries do you support?
Anything with structure: invoices, contracts, KYC packs, shipping documents, carrier statements, claims, medical forms. Customers run Gardia for finance, logistics, KYC/compliance, telecom, legal, and healthcare workflows. If you can describe the fields you need, Gardia can extract them.
Where is my data stored?
All customer data is stored in the EU (default: France Central). Enterprise plans can pin a specific Azure region. We do not replicate data outside the EU.
Can I use Gardia with Claude, Cursor, or my own AI agent?
Yes — every Growth or Business tenant gets an MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoint with a per-tenant bearer token. Drop the URL into any MCP-aware client and your documents are queryable as tools.
How does email ingestion work?
Each workflow gets a unique forwarding address. Forward a document and Gardia downloads attachments, classifies them, routes to the right schema, and posts events to your webhooks — typically under 10 seconds end-to-end.
What document formats are supported?
PDFs (native and scanned), images (PNG/JPG), and common Office formats. Scanned documents go through AI OCR; native PDFs are parsed directly and billed at a lower per-page rate.
How is billing calculated?
You pay your monthly plan, plus transparent overage if you exceed included quotas (€0.10 per AI page, €0.02 per native page, €0.05 per extraction). Overage caps are configurable per tenant.
Is Gardia GDPR / HDS compliant?
We publish a full GDPR DPA, a DPIA template, ROPA template, and our HDS / ISO 27001 control mapping. Enterprise customers receive a signed DPA and, where applicable, a BAA.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal — you keep access until the end of the period. We retain your data for 30 days post-cancellation, then permanently delete.
