Response times
We aim to respond to support requests within 1 business day. Business-plan customers receive priority handling, and Enterprise customers may agree a dedicated SLA. Urgent production issues flagged as such are triaged first.
What to include
To help us resolve your issue quickly, include: your account email, the department or document involved (an ID is ideal), what you expected vs. what happened, and the approximate time it occurred. Screenshots are welcome.
Service status
Planned maintenance is announced in-app in advance. For incident updates or to report an outage, email admin@quantumbox.ai with "OUTAGE" in the subject for fastest triage.
Self-service
Many tasks are self-serve from inside the app: manage your plan and cancel from Settings → Billing, connect automations from Integrations, and create API keys, webhooks and email aliases from the Admin area.
