Refund Policy

Free trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial from Settings → Manage billing; no charge is applied and you retain access until the trial ends.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly fees are non-refundable once charged. If you cancel a monthly subscription mid-period, you retain access for the remainder of the period and are not billed for the next period.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed up-front. If you cancel within 14 days of the first annual charge, email admin@quantumbox.ai for a pro-rata refund of the unused portion. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but you may downgrade or cancel future renewal at any time.

Usage overage charges

Overage charges (e.g. extra AI pages, additional seats) are billed in arrears at the end of each monthly billing cycle and are non-refundable once incurred. To prevent unexpected overages, set a monthly spend cap from Settings → Billing.

EU consumer right of withdrawal

Where Gardia is purchased by a natural person acting outside their trade, business or profession (a consumer under EU law), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies. By starting to use the Service during the withdrawal period you expressly request that performance begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully provided.

Exceptions

Charges arising from a breach of the Terms of Service are non-refundable. Refunds for technical issues are at our discretion and require a support ticket within 30 days of the issue. We do not refund taxes (VAT) collected on your behalf; those are remitted to the tax authorities.

How to request a refund

Email admin@quantumbox.ai with your account email, invoice number and the reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
